Sunday 5th March in the garden room at
7-11 Coppermill Lane, Walthamstow, London E17 7HA.
They will be a new longer time of 1.5 hours. £18 per workshop.
All the workshops can be attended by bumps or babies; mums or dads or partners. Because we have limited space it's only one parent per ticket I am afraid but you can buy 2 tickets if you both want to come. However, Indulgence do sell the best cakes in Walthamstow (made by hypnomum Victoria) so I am encouraging your other half to have coffee and cake and socialise in the cafe. A great idea is to have lunch in the cafe after the workshop and get to make some great friends.
You will feel empowered, supported, and ready to enable your baby to become a confident sleeper without tears.
Sleep during the Fourth Trimester (Birth to 12 weeks)
