Magic By The Moon A Self-care Ceremony with Moonology, EFT & Sound Healing
Sunday 13th February 2022, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
(£36.60 including booking fee)
About Magic By The Moon
A series of self-care ceremonies working with the supportive energies of the lunar cycle. Drawing on both the moon phase and astrology throughout the year, each workshop will be based on a specific theme guided by the sun, moon and stars.
With the full moon in Leo during the month of Feburary we will be working with strength in tarot and fire and yang energy. Leo rules the fun or pleasure house, together we will work on releasing unhealthy pleasures, hedonism and overindulgence.
- An opening fire ceremony including a releasing and forgiveness ritual, observing the lunar cycle and astrological alignments.
- A chance to shift negative emotional and mental blocks around the monthly theme with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
- Learning to trust our inner voice and intuition through a guided meditation, using the ancient art of tarot
- A deep, restorative and healing Sound Bath and Meditation to help settle the nervous system, nurture and ground anything that has arisen during the workshop
Join us for our second Magic by the Moon event in 2022. To help clear intentions, inner resilience, and confidence to create your best year yet. Bring warm clothes (wear layers), a bottle of water and something to cover your eyes during the sound bath. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but we’d recommend bringing an extra light blanket to feel cosy.
Meet in the studio then weather permitting, we will begin our evening by the fire pit so please wear suitable shoes. Although we will be seated by the fire, you may still get chilly so please dress appropriately. We will then move back into the studio where we will continue our release work working with energy therapies, archetypes, and a guided visualisation. The evening will culminate with a meditation and sound bath to help integrate anything we have let go of and receive healing.
