About Nomadic Supper Club Brunch Bucharest

 Concept

Jack Cosson @Plant Box Solutions este un bucatar vegan care iubeste sa calatoreasca si sa sa creeze preparate delicioase, inspirate din aromele locurilor pe care le viziteaza. In urma unei calatorii in jurul Asiei, i-a venit ideea de a organiza intalniri unde pasionatii de retete plant-based (vegane si raw-vegane) pot savura cele mai inedite preparate. 

Jack a realizat ca se identifica foarte bine cu diferite culturi, ingrediente si metode de preparare a mancarii, iar in Ianuarie 2018 a pus bazele conceptului Veganuary Supper Clubs in Londra. Primul eveniment a avut mare succes si a fost urmat de Barcelona si Riga, unde a descoperit ca lumea este deschisa sa incerce ingrediente si arome noi. A primit invitatii de la restaurante din Berlin, Budapesta, Lisabona si Padova, urmand sa duca mai departe conceptul \'\'Nomadic Supper Club\'\'. 

Jack are o experienta de peste 8 ani in bucatarie si a absolvit una dintre cele mai prestigioase scoli de profil din lume- \"Hotel-Escuela de Sant Pol de Mar\" din Barcelona. In ultimii ani , Anglia, Australia si Asia i-au fost si casa, unde a lucrat alaturi de bucatari celebri in Hoteluri, Restaurante, Retreaturi, Festivaluri. 

Pe 25 Februarie va ajunge si in Bucuresti si va organiza alaturi de Rawdia un Brunch Plant-Based, unde invitatii se vor putea bucura de mancaruri delicioase si sanatoase. Jack foloseste ingrediente locale si pune accent pe calitatea lor- fiecare eveniment are o tematica diferita , iar pentru intalnirea de la Rawdia a ales un meniu inspirat din arome si gusturi din intreaga lume. Acesta va fi dezvaluit in ziua evenimentului. :) 

Ce este un Supper Club? 

Imagineaza-ti cea mai faina intalnire intre prieteni, o combinatie intre bucuria revederii acestora si un restaurant pe care ai dorit de mult sa il incerci: arome, culori, idei noi, persoane cunoscute, dar si pe care abia astepti sa le descoperi, pasionati de un stil de viata sanatos sau cei care pur si simplu doresc sa afle mai multe despre acesta, insa nu au avut sansa sa o faca pana acum.

CONCEPT 

These intimate, friendly gatherings are aptly named when you consider the wanderlust nature of their host and founder, Jack Cosson of Plant Box Solutions, a passionate plant-based chef who just happens to love travelling. 

New cultures, new ingredients and new methods have always fascinated Jack who admits to being a bit of a Nomad himself. Constantly changing environments inspire and enthuse him and have led him to host the Veganuary Supper Clubs in London in January 2018. This new concept has quickly led on to other exciting venues all around Europe starting with Latvia on the 1st Feb, followed by Estonia on the 9th Feb, and many other countries in the pipeline: Portugal, Barcelona, Romania, Budapest, Padova, Berlin…!

All the Supper Clubs promise to be unique to their location.  Original, tasty plant-based dishes will be served, taking into account the discerning palates of local guests.  Each evening will offer something different since Jack will adapt his menu to seasonal ingredients available at the local market and in keeping with the element of surprise and spontaneity, the delicious menu will not be revealed until the big day!

Iti poti face o idee despre preparatele servite la evenimentele anterioare, pe paginile de Facebook si Instagram,insa iti putem spune ca invitatii au fost absolut incantati de Curry cu kaki si lemongrass, Placinta cu mere, merisoare salbatice si sos de vanilie,Supa Pho si Desert cu ciocolata neagra, papaya caramelizata si cocos.

For this particular Supper Club we will be offering a partly raw / partly cooked Vegan Brunch Menu inspired by flavours from around the world, including a seasonal smoothie to start with, followed by a main tasting platter & a sweet treat to finish.

The cost of the this one-off brunch special is 17€ or 80 Ron when booked in advance online! It will cost 20€ or 90 Ron on the day of the event.
