NOMADIC SUPPER CLUB KONSEPT?

Bu samimi, arkadas canlisi toplanma, adina uygun sekilde seyahat tutkusuyla yanip tutusan, ve bitkisel icerikli yemeklerde ustalasmis Plant Box Solutions'tan Sef Jack Cosson'in ev sahipliginde gerceklesmektedir.

Kendisini gocebe olarak tanimlayan Jack, yeni kulturlerden, yeni malzemelerden ve yeni methodlardan her zaman buyulenmektedir. Surekli degisen cevreye hayran kalip ondan ilham alarak 2018'in Ocak ayinda Londra’daki Veganuary Supper Clubs etkinliklerine ev sahipligi yapmistir. Bu yeni konsept, onu Avrupa’nin cesitli bolgelerinde (Letonya, Estonya, Romanya, Turkiye, Ispanya, Almanya ve bircok ulke) Nomadic Supper Clubs turlarini yapmaya suruklemistir.

Tum Supper Club’lar, bulundugu bolgede essiz olmayi vadediyor. Orijinal ve leziz bitkisel icerikli yemekler, misafirlerin damak zevki goz onunde bulundurularak sunulacaktir.

Jack monusune, yerel marketlerdeki ulasilabilir mevsimsel malzemelere ek olarak kendi surprizlerini ve dogaclamasini kattigindan beri her etkinlik farkli bir lezzetle sunulmaktadir.

NOMADIC SUPPER CLUB ISTANBUL

I am excited to announce that Nomadic Supper Clubs will be coming to Turkey very soon. I will be sharing some of my fusion foods & flavours from around the world with the local foodies at the "Community Kitchen" in Istanbul.

You will be able to order a "Nomadic Tasting Platter" during Saturday the 3rd March for either lunch or dinner. I will also be cooking up a surprise dessert for those with a sweet tooth :)

If you book a ticket online in advance you get the two courses for 50tl / 11€. 

If you choose to pay on the day, the tasting platter will be 40tl / 9€ and the dessert 25tl / 5.5€

NOMADIC SUPPER CLUB CONCEPT

These intimate, friendly gatherings are aptly named when you consider the wanderlust nature of their host and founder, Jack Cosson of Plant Box Solutions, a passionate plant-based chef who just happens to love travelling.

New cultures, new ingredients and new methods have always fascinated Jack who admits to being a bit of a Nomad himself. Constantly changing environments inspire and enthuse him and have led him to host the Veganuary Supper Clubs in London in January 2018. This new concept has quickly led on to other exciting venues all around Europe starting a tour of Nomadic Supper Clubs: Latvia, Estonia, Romania, Turkey, Spain, Germany, and many other countries in the pipeline...

All the Supper Clubs promise to be unique to their location.  Original, tasty plant-based dishes will be served, taking into account the discerning palates of local guests.  Each event will offer something different since Jack will adapt his menu to seasonal ingredients available at the local market and in keeping with the element of surprise and spontaneity, the delicious menu will not be revealed until the big day!
