Birth preparation workshop for couples

This informative and fun workshop will give you the tools you need to prepare for your special birthing day. Sarah Rush and Jo Redmond, experienced teachers of antenatal classes, will empower you to feel confident in the lead up to labour. During the workshop you will learn:-

·      The signs and stages of labour
·      Specific breathing techniques
·      Massage and partner support
·      The hormones of birth and how to manage pain. 

Using yoga techniques you will learn birthing positions and movement in labour.
