About Summer Term Forest School for Under 5s- 1.45 session
This is a beautiful time of year to explore and play outdoors. Even on wet days, there's still so much fun to be had. Forest school allows you and your child to investigate, create, and imagine together, through the mud kitchen, potion making, bug hunting, reading books in the hammock, playing with the bucket pulley, dressing up, putting on puppet shows, digging for treasure, and nature craft.
Low Hall nature reserve is a pocket sized patch of urban wild behind St James park, Walthamstow. Follow the path up beside the park, turn left and downhill towards a Big Puddle, continue with the wooded area to your left, and forest school will be happening down the path on your left just before you reach Low Hall sports ground car park.
Terms & conditions for Summer Term Forest School for Under 5s- 1.45 session
Make sure you and your child are both wearing clothes suitable for the season and the weather. They are likely to get wet and dirty even on a dry day, so dress appropriately. Although I am trained in facilitating forest school, and a qualified outdoor first aider, your child is your responsibility at all times.
Sessions take place in all weathers. If I have to cancel for strong wind, I will let you know by 9am that morning, and will offer an alternative session date.
You don't need to buy a ticket for adults, or for siblings under 1.
