About Ra Saturday Stretch Special!

Join us each month for mindful movement, rinsing and releasing sequences which reconnect body & mind!


We are very pleased to be hosted by the awesome BRXTON STUDIOS in Brixton Village for a monthly, delicious, in-person stretch! A chance to come together, to find rhythm, to receive adjustments, workshop some poses and just hangout!

The class will be our usual balance of Yin & Yang, deep stretches and core awakening, moving energy and letting it settle :)

Saturdays will be around 1hr15Mins to allow for a restorative and meditative element at the end. After class there is the option to hangout and order food to the studio or simply float away into your day!

What to bring!

Please bring your own mat, and something comfy/stretchy to wear!

More About Cara

Cara uses movement and breath to feel lightweight in your body and bright in your mind! Strong but flexible, balanced but light, yin and yang – yoga is the spirit of contrast and balance.

A Yoga Alliance certified teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, and Yin Yoga, she has also studied Pilates, Barre, Dance, and Restorative Yoga and continues to expand her knowledge and curiosity about motion! In class she loves to allow people to find flow, play, be creative, breathe, making movement fun, grounding and accessible to everyone at any level. Her journey to movement started when she noticed the ripple effect of stress from her office job, but the peaceful connection she could give back to herself through simple informed movements and mindfulness.

More about the Style of The Class:

Cara loves a energising Yang practice, as well as grounding Yin practice which grows space to listen, slow and be fully present – in her class you will always be encouraged to move at your own pace. Although, you may surprise yourself in a Yoga class, overall the aim is to rediscover a sense of yourself wherever you are at in the present moment. She may crossover and weave together elements of Dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, even singing techniques, and massage wherever it encourages support, freedom, or expansion within the body. Yoga is a way back to feeling and Cara is there to support that recalibration! Inspired towards better mental health, having more energy, and reconnecting body and mind.
