This month we dive into the heady floral delights of early summer that we can find in abundance even in the gritty city: feel freshness and heart-joy in the fragrance of the Hawthorn and Elder blossoms, grounding in the musky mint family aromatics and sun-brightness in the Calendula of our gardens and allotments. We'll taste the herbs to connect with their energy and make a preparation to take home... think aromatic cordials...
