About Voice and Confidence Training
In this two hour session Lucy Freeman will give an overview of the common concerns people have about speaking in public, whether it’s at the Albert Hall or a work presentation, and ways to overcome them. This will include how to calm nerves, imposter syndrome, the “false voice” and the importance of body language. We will also look at how you can fake it to give yourself confidence and voice exercises. We’ll also go through text with a (willing) volunteer to demonstrate what can be achieved. It’s relaxed and fun and there’s no horrible “mi-mi-mi” exercises!
