About Burp and Burgers: Fermented Seasonal Supper

Let them welcome you in with a gin and fig kombucha cocktail before Voodoo Burgers take you on a journey through their three-course seasonal menu. And be prepared to get stuck in, as Burp Ferments give you all you need to create your own fermented cocktails throughout the evening, paired with each course.
The evening will be a celebration of the season and showcase the small-scale growers, makers and foragers in the UK that champion regenerative and ecological practices.

- Not one, not two, not three... but four fermented cocktails by Burp Ferments with the opportunity to make each one yourself
- And because we want you to go away full in belly and mind, Burp Ferments will give you an introduction to fermentation, making this an evening of eating, drinking, thinking and fermenting
10% of every ticket sale will go to Make Lunch, a project helping tackle holiday hunger.
