About WiLD at Heart Forest School: WiLDTOTS
WiLD at HEART Forest School is on a mission to ReWILD Childhood!!!
Dust off the wellies and get outside this Autumn. Join our WiLDTOTS sessions for Pre Schoolers every Tuesday 10am- 11.30am starting 30th October at Abney Hall Park.
We provide fun, inspirational and hands-on learning in a safe and secure natural space where children build dens, make mud pies and fairy gardens, jump in puddles, roll in leaves and hunt for mini beasts!
Sessions cost £6 / child (£4 sibling) and includes a fireside snack and drink.

Terms and conditions
By booking with us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Our WILDatHEART forest school practitioners are DBS checked, have valid Forest school Paediatric qualifications and hold full Public Liability Insurance with Birnbeck.
We take every precaution to ensure safe play, but please be aware that activities take place over rough natural ground and accidents may occur. We fully risk assess our site and activities and put boundaries in place to ensure a safe experience for all attendees.
Booking
WILD at HEART wish to offer our magical Forest School experience to as many children as possible yet committed to ensuring every child stays safe and gains the maximum benefit from each session.
Places are therefore limited and are allocated on a first come first serve basis. If sessions become fully booked we will hold your request on a waiting list or offer you a place on another session with availability. If the number of children on our waiting list warrants, we will start additional sessions to keep waiting children to a minimum.
To book a place you must complete the above booking request form which will be followed by a confirmation email. You can book multiple sessions.
Payment
Payment is currently taken in cash on arrival at each session. If multiple sessions have been booked we ask that you pay for the total sessions booked upon arrival at your first session with us in order to secure your future bookings.
Cancellation
If you have booked a session and are unable to attend, please advise us at your earliest convenience to allow another child to attend.
Please note we operate all year round & in most weather conditions however, sessions will not run if the Met office weather forecast shows a predicted wind speed (gust or continual speed) of 42mph or above or in the event of Electric storms. In these circumstances we will make a decision to cancel by 4pm the previous day. We will inform parents/guardians by email and text using the information you supply at booking.
If unpredicted high winds, lightning or the likelihood of either develops over during a session then we will evacuate the site immediately and refund/ part refund will be made.
Clothing
We want your child(ren) … and you to have a positive experience at Forest School and keeping warm and dry is an essential element of this.
A clothing kit list is provided upon booking and we cannot stress enough how important it is to dress according to the weather.
We reserve the right to refuse entry and no refund will be granted if your child is not dressed correctly for a day in the forest.
Be prepared that your child will sometimes come home muddy and wet but they will have had a magical time in the woods!
