About MBSR Taster session
Do you want to find new ways to deal with the stress and strain of everyday life? Come along to our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction taster sessions, where we will explore how to gain:

Luke Doherty: After four years managing social care projects he became manager of ‘Breathing Space’which is one of the earliest organisations to teach Mindfulness in personal and professional contexts in London. Here Luke has trained and practiced mindfulness for seven years. He has developed and delivered Mindfulness programmes to help people suffering with stress, anxiety, depression, pain relief and addiction recovery. He has taught mindfulness in many organisations, Schools and the NHS.
