Winter Sound Healing

Come and join us for a winter evening of relaxation and live music to soothe the soul. 

First you will be guided through a short gentle movement practice to ready the body for stillness. This will be followed by a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) which will give way to a beautiful sound healing provided by Danny and Leana. 

The evening will be rounded off by cups of tea and a home-made nourishing snack to see you on your way. 

This is an intimate event and space is very limited, so booking ahead is essential. 

Leana is a yoga teacher, flautist and therapist.

Danny is a professional guitarist and songwriter for the band, Laish.
