Cheap, easy and good for your gut, this DIY session will help you with the basics of pickling in your own home. Join Sean Roy Parker, cafe manager at Brixton Pound, for a hands-on workshop on how to prepare surplus produce, make a liquor and choose spices for you very own pickles. The Hornbeam is a lovely and long-established community centre and cafe in Walthamstow, east London, all about low-cost & sustainable living.
