Introduction to Customer Service

Join us for the latest Mill Upskilling Workshop. This event is free and open to anyone who lives or volunteers in the St James Big Local area in Walthamstow.

Excellent customer service is something we all notice!  This two-hour workshop will help you deliver top class face-to-face customer service, in a range of different situations, with top tips on how to build your front of house skills.

The workshop will run from 7pm - 9pm.
