About Food Rescue Supper Club Collaboration
3 passionate chefs join forces with one common mission in mind: to bring awareness to our current food waste reality. Why?
Because according to "OLIO - The Food Sharing Revolution", between 33-50% of all food produced globally is never eaten, and the value of this wasted food is worth over $1 trillion. It takes a land mass larger than China to grow the food each year that is ultimately never eaten. Meanwhile 800 million people go to bed hungry every night. In a nutshell we could say that the globalised food system is economically, morally and environmentally out of hand.
We think it is a conversation that needs to be brought to the table, so we invite you to join us for a fun food rescue supperclub. Enjoy creative plantbased food made from as much food waste as we can get our hands on! The 3 course menu will be unknown, as we depend entirely on what ingredients we can rescue leading up to the night.
We will also have live music by @gingerjamiemusic and a talk on "Beauty Products made from Food Waste" by @chemicalfreefairy. Communal tables and GOOD VIBES!

Price for this event is £35 and must be booked online in advance.
"Today Bread" will have a separate drinks service offering wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
