About Babes in the Woods
This is a progressive 4 week course running from Tuesday 16th April until Tuesday 7th May
New mums need nurturing just as much as their babies. This group focuses on the mums mental health and well being. Spending time in nature can help us be calm and relaxed. We will spend time learning new skills and crafting using natural materials including jewelry making and spring wreaths. There will be chance to feed the animals, chat, walk and garden. A campfire cooked lunch will be provided and drinks - sometimes with ingredients we have foraged! A safe space for babies to lay and enjoy their surroundings will be provided, the farm is on a steep hill with steps, narrow gates and landscaping I advice mum's to use a sling to carry their baby during the session.
Terms & conditions for Babes in the Woods
Babies must be under 6 months old
The sessions run for a course.
Please park considerately to our neighbours. Do not block driveways or on corners. If possible please use public transport or walk. Access to the farm is along a mud track, do not attempt to drive along here it is for pedestrian access only. Parking on Toftwood Road or St Anthony's Road is the closest.
