About TEACH
The lesson that changed his life’
Critically acclaimed Bread and Butter Productions will be previewing their latest show TEACH for two nights only before the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2019 at TheSpaceUk.
Writer and performer, Matthew Roberts, created ‘a one-hander masterpiece’ (Charles Pamment, Artistic Director Canoe 2018).
TEACH will be directed by Helen Tennison, Co-Artistic Director of Theatre Foundry. She works internationally, directing new writing, classics and devised visual theatre. Most recently her acclaimed site responsive Freudian adaptation of Dracula featuring videography played at The London Library. She directs regularly for Midsummer Scene, Croatia and Creation Theatre, Oxford
This creative collaboration will tell the tale of the transformative power of teaching, putting education centre stage at this years Edinburgh Fringe.
