But if dreams convey messages, then nightmares are an inner wake up call to change. It carries vital information about what is missing from our lives.

What we do :

Our Jung at Art workshops are a combination of learning about varying aspects of Jungian therapy and exploring the subject creatively, just as Jung did for his own self development.

Each workshop offers varying creative materials from masks to canvases to clay. No experience is necessary, we are wanting to encourage creativity for the soul ?

We start with your hosts Ruby and Rachel introducing a topic and helping you get an idea of how to get started with your creative piece.

To a little music individuals can lose themselves in their creativity whilst we are there to chat and offer support.

We love to end with a joint reflection in the group. 

This really is the most rewarding part of the day, helping us integrate what we have explored. Individuals are welcome to participate as little or as much as they like.
