About Oddballs 29th Summer Balls Up
Bikes Only Biker Rally - No exceptions unless blue badge
We have a fantastic line up for you with 5th Element for Friday night and the legendary The Bite on Saturday night.
As well as our usual:
- A free hot drink for when you arrive
- Tonto's Rock Disco
- 24 Hour control tent with Tea and Coffee, plus Rene's Famous Soup
- Hot Food stands
- Stalls
- Badges for the first 250 tickets sold
- A free drink for the first 25 online booked tickets
- Free hot water bottle filling (because we are unlikely to be warmer than our February rally this year....)
And most of all, US! Us Oddballs will be on hand all weekend for a friendly smile, a cheeky swig out of your flask and advice on the straightest route back to your tent when you can't see past your nose.

We cannot stress this enough This is a BIKE ONLY rally. Strictly no cars, unless you are a blue badge holder. There are no other exceptions - so please don't ask, as we don't like disappointing you and you will be turned away.

GROUP BOOKINGS
When booking for groups (limit 20 per transaction), please detail the name of the person carrying out the group booking - everyone else will need to enter details on arrival. If you want to split your tickets for all those in your group, please click here
Who Manages the ticket sales?
We have our wonderful Karen Roach who will be the main person managing ticket sales and Michelle Beaumont (our rally co-ordinator) will be supporting Karen.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
This is a BIKE only rally
Strictly no cars, unless you are a blue badge holder and you have contacted us prior to booking. There are no other exceptions - so please don't ask as we don't like disappointing you. Parking for blue badge holders is limited and you must provide your vehicle registration to us so that we can provide you with a parking pass.
Parking for Bikes and Trikes is on the main field.

What's the refund policy?
We are unable to provide refunds, there are no exceptions.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, you can either display it on your phone or print the ticket and bring it with you.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
If you find you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person. You MUST not charge more than the face value of the ticket.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, this is ok. When signing in on arrival, you will need to complete the signing in book with your details.
