About Introduction to Hypopressives
A 2 hour workshop introducing you to Hypopressive Techniques
Hypopressives techniques are postural and breathing exercises that achieve a reduction of pressure in the thoracic, abdominal and pelvic cavities. It is a fitness activity that does not provoke excesses in intra-abdominal pressure, making it a safe form of exercise for all individuals. It is particularly beneficial for those with:
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Sexual dysfunction
- Diastasis Recti
- Pelvic floor dysfunction
In addition, they help with improving diaphragmatic function, core strength and posture.
Rebecca Davies is a registered Osteopath with a special interest in Women's Health. She is a fully trained Hypopressives Instructor.
