About Session 2 Peace, Letting Go & Flying High Guided Relaxation Sessions

Register here for a Group Guided Relaxation session starting promptly at 3.15pm for an hour for adults 18 years plus ONLY.

No admittance to the sessions after 3.25pm as this would disrupt other participants.

These sessions will include initial group discussion; creative feedback process and guided relaxation for the body and mind, with music.

A day of celebration of the contributions of Caribbean people to Britain

1am to 1pm Reminiscence Coffee Morning with the Retired Caribbean Nurses Association

1pm to 4pm An afternoon of Discovery

• Tracing your family roots workshops • Health and wellbeing workshops • Relaxation sessions • Caribbean Tea Party • History exhibitions • Interactive visual arts workshops • Pop-up bookshop • Reminiscence workshops • Steel pan workshop People are encouraged to bring pictures, memorabilia and their stories to share.

6.30pm to midnight Evening of live music hosted by Eddie Nestor and Robbie Gee

• Legendry sound Casino Royale Steel Band • Riddim Squad Band providing a live musical history of Reggae and • Ska with Audrey Scott, Prento ‘P’, Gerrie Wade, Okra Banton and surprise guests • Dancehall and club music from the day from Fifth Element and Mr Funky

All the activities are FREE. Admission by ticket only for the evening session.

FREE food and drinks for the first 150 to arrive for the evening session.
