About Wildlife Camp Out
A very special camp to see the nocturnal wildlife in the woods. This is a quiet camp so from 7pm the noise level will be at a minimum so we get the best views of the woodland creature in their element.
£15 per person and £8 per tent (please buy tent ticket separate)
You can come from 3pm to set up you sleeping arrangements, tents or hammocks and there maybe space for one or two trailer tents.
Bring warm clothes with long legs and arms and binoculars if you have them. A camp chair may also be useful and comfortable for long sits.
In the morning i will make a large pot of porridge on the fire with some fresh fruit and hot drinks. everyone to take their own rubbish home and clear the woodland site for 10am.
Terms & conditions for Wildlife Camp Out
All ages are welcome but they must understand it is a quiet camp and there will be no running around or loud noise from 7pm.
Cancellation and Postponement
-In the case of extreme weather and no suitable alternative venue being available Roots to Branches may need to cancel sessions at short notice. Where possible, these will be rescheduled.
-In the case of Roots to Branches staff ill-health every effort will be made to seek replacement staff or to reschedule. Where this is not possible a refund will be offered.
-Where individuals cannot make the session a refund can be offered with a week’s notice or attendance at another session can be offered, if there is space. Otherwise sessions will not be refunded, unless your space can be filled by another participant. A lot of the time there is a waiting list so we can normally accommodate most changes if we receive at least 24 hours notice.
