Let's talk about body image

When you look in the mirror are you kind to yourself or self critical?

How we feel about our physical appearance runs so much deeper than we are sometimes aware. Constantly comparing ourselves to others, thinking about how we appear to others and the images drilled into us by the media from an early age really effect our mental health. The journey to accept and love our bodies can be long and hard and whether you are already there or still working on it come along for an open discussion on body image in a safe, relaxed and non judgmental space.
