About Active Consciousness Meditation
Active Consciousness Meditation, otherwise known as Ananda Mandala, is an ancient Indian fast rhythmic meditations used by yogis to clear the chakras and get into states of Bliss.
The process of this breathwork cleanses the energy channels andwashes out hidden emotions, old hurts and blockages. For some it can be a very intense experience.
Raising you level of consciousness, resulting in feelings of bliss, wholeness and connection.
No experience needed, just an open mind and heart.
This meditation is unsuitable for those pregnant or with heart conditions.

Please arrive on time as the event will begin at 6pm.
Wear loose comfortable clothing as we will be sitting on cushions.
Do not eat anything heavy for at least an hour before.
