About Active Consciousness Meditation
Active Consciousness Meditation, otherwise known as Ananda Mandala, is a very powerful Indian fast rhythmic meditation used by yogis to clear the chakras.
Ananda means Bliss and Mandala means circle.
The process of this breath work cleanses the energy channels and washes out hidden emotions, blockages and old hurts. For some it can be very intense.
Raising your level of consciousness, resulting in a feeling of bliss, wholeness and connection.
If you struggle to sit still during mindfulness meditation, this may be a great alternative! Or a great extra to your routine spiritual practice. You don't need any experience at all, just an open mind and heart to try out a wild ride! Wear comfortable clothing as we will be sitting on cushions on the floor.
This meditation is unsuitable for those pregnant or with heart conditions.
