About Family Yoga
Have you ever thought about practicing yoga with the kids? Join this fun 45 minute sesssion run by Lisa Carmody and practice stretching, balancing, flexing and breathing.
All equipment is provided, just wear comfy clothing. Suitable for children age 3 - 10 years and their grown ups.
