About Calm Club - Mindful Masking Evening
Join me for an evening of mindfulness to rejuvenate your mind, body and skin!
This mindful evening is created for everyone wanting to have a bit of quiet, to reconnect with yourself and unwind from the stress of a busy life.
Face masks will be applied then followed by a guided meditation.
A variety of face masks will be provided but please feel free to bring your preferred mask with you. It is recommended that you come with a clean face but there will be an opportunity to remove make-up.
Please bring your own mat if preferred, a little towel, bottle of water and an open mind!
