About Managing Stress & Anxiety - 4 week course
On this 4 week course we will:
-Understand anxiety symptoms and how to prevent and control anxiety symptoms
-Explore the relationship between thoughts, behaviour and physical symptoms
-Learn to challenge unhelpful thoughts and gradually adapt your behaviour in anxiety provoking situations
-Recognise triggers that affect mood and how mood is affected by these triggers.
This course combines mindfulness with cbt to provide us with skills to easily manage stress and anxiety and create more balance and calm into our lives.
