About Intro to Mindfulness Workshop
In this 2 hour workshop we will be exploring some key aspects of mindfulness through exercises and meditations. It's a great way to introduce yourself to mindfulness, get to know new techniques to switch off from autopilot and into the present moment, and help to reduce stress, anxiety and get the most out of life.
