Seasonal cusps: harvest time medicine making at Hornbeam

Return of our monthly plant medicine explorations at Hornbeam Cafe. Come and join us to taste herbal concoctions and prepare some remedies to take us into the winter with the nourishment and immune support of the berries and roots.

We will make an antiviral syrup and sample different preparations made with locally grown and harvested plants, exploring the health support they can offer us in immune and respiratory health as the season turns.
