Beginners course in Astrology - Unit 1 Planets and Signs

This is for a 6 week Course starting Monday 19th February 2018

7-9PM

Course Outline: In this course you will learn how to interpret a horoscope using the basic language of astrology. The course is divided into two 6 week sections

UNIT 1: PLANETS AND SIGNS

1. The SUN ruler of LEO and the MOON ruler of CANCER

2. MERCURY ruler of GEMINI and VIRGO

3. VENUS ruler of TAURUS and LIBRA , MARS ruler of ARIES

4. JUPITER ruler of SAGITTARIUS and SATURN ruler of CAPRICORN

5. URANUS ruler of AQUARIUS and NEPTUNE ruler of PISCES

6. PLUTO ruler of SCORPIO and other dwarf planets including CHIRON

Section I

• the qualities of each of the signs of the zodiac

• the nature of the 'planets' that are the rulers' of the zodiac signs

Tutor Bio:  Rebekah is the author of 'Charting the Soul: Astrology, Characterology and the Human Energy Field'. She has 25 years experience as a professional astrologer, psychotherapist and energy healer. Rebekah trained in astrology at The centre for Psychological Astrology, in energy healing at The Barbara Brennan School of Healing USA, and she is a trainer and facilitator of psychological process known as Voice Dialogue.

Students will be given a copy of their own chart, which they can refer to and learn from throughout the course. There will also be handouts giving key information about the planets, the signs of the zodiac and the houses of the horoscope.
